OUR STORY

We started out in Fredericksburg, VA with our Crazy Burger concept food truck, using the best ingredients we could get to make our burgers and fries. We also wanted to give back to our community with a percentage of our sales based on featured burger of the month where we donate to local fire houses and rescue squads.  

We found 1010 McKinney Blvd location and we fell in love with the amazing building and stories from when it used to be Ola's. We went back home and prayed to God to see if this was our opportunity to open a restaurant again. God listened to us and gave us the opportunity to make this happen! We had 2 days to create a draft menu to give to our landlord so he can see what kind of concept we would be bringing to Colonial Beach. Thankfully our landlord loved the idea of the menu, logo and what we do for the community and gave us the key to make Fire Escape American Grill into a reality! As owners of small business we will continue supporting the community of Colonial Beach by doing charity nights where 10% of food sales will go to a local firehouse, rescue squad, or anyone in the community who needs some help.

We wanted to say thank you to Colonial Beach for the warm welcome! Our goal is for you to enjoy our fresh made to order food, drinks in an atmosphere where you feel welcomed and can relax, eat, drink and be with friends and family.
